What we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.
Effective October 6, 2026. This policy explains what Plano Foundation Experts ("we") collects through this website and our phone number, and how it's used.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email address, city and project details when you use our forms or email us. We keep a record of each submission, including the date, time and page it came from.
- Phone calls: our phone provider logs the number you call from, when you called and for how long. Calls and voicemails may also be recorded.
- Website usage: basic information about visits, such as pages viewed and device type, from our hosting provider. We don't use advertising cookies.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, which may process technical information about your browser.
How we use it
- To connect you with a local foundation repair contractor
- To respond to your questions
- To confirm referrals with contractors and keep business records
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
Who we share it with
- Foundation repair contractors. We share your request with a participating contractor serving your area so they can contact you. Contractors pay us for referrals. Calls to our number may be forwarded to that contractor.
- Service providers that run parts of our service, such as phone service, form processing, email and hosting.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights or safety.
We don't sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.
Calls and recordings
Calls may be recorded, and a short message at the start of each call says so.
How long we keep it
Request and call records are kept only while we need them for referrals and our own business records. After that they're deleted.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, correct it or have it deleted, email info@planofoundationexperts.com. Information already shared with a contractor is also held by that contractor, so contact them directly too.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
