Terms of use
What this service is and isn't.
Effective October 6, 2026. These terms apply whenever you use this website or call our number.
What this service is
Plano Foundation Experts is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local foundation repair contractors. We are not a contractor, we don't perform foundation work, and we're not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
No guarantee
A referral is not a promise: we can't guarantee a contractor's availability, price, schedule, workmanship, licensing, insurance or warranty. Check any contractor before hiring them and get the terms in writing.
Information on this site
Prices, rules and other information here are general and may be out of date. The price ranges are taken from published guides; none of them is a quote. Summaries of city rules are not legal or engineering advice. Confirm requirements with your city and with a licensed engineer.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we have no liability for losses that come from using this site, from a referral, or from any contractor's work.
Governing law
Texas law applies to these terms.
